Think Means to A Management
 

Yes 'think' since a long time this word has lost its values, peoples are used this word in the sense of emphasis upon some thing while in fact when they say that word they will just ignore the exactness or the value of the 'think', its not a narrow word, it can change the lives of ordinary person or an organization of person into special. The exact meaning of think which I will describe here is the right one, I know that most of you will either deny it or if not even deny it but will not consider it as a valuable one, but my job is to discover you the correct sense when you will able to apply it any program or project you will understand that it is the right one.

By the word think I always mean that its an approach of a person towards the correct idea, correct in all senses, if you are a sales professional and your boss throw you in the market with his newly launched product and asking you for a large number of sale and you will fail to perform the task very first day and returns office unsuccessful in front of your boss, he will after saying you some hot word trying to guide you the essential elements or qualities of that product and then say "think" upon it, by here his mean that you will not yet in a position to understand the quality of the product, when the seller of the product could not understand the product his self then how can he convince a customer to sell it. Secondly a good manager is one who learns from his mistakes or if not even learn at least trying to do so. The word think how ever used in our daily lives so many time for example during the study session at class your teacher would have thrown it so many time towards you or your mom said you this when you returned to home after 12:00 at night, in the both above mentioned examples the user of the word think has different meanings, the teacher is trying to draw your concentration towards the topic you are studied while the mom is trying to teach you that you should have to manage and organize your routine life.

So do not hesitate ever from thinking but please think in right direction because Napoleon Hill said in his mind blowing book 'Think and Grow Rich' that "Truly, "thoughts are things," and powerful things at that, when they are mixed with definiteness of purpose, persistence, and a BURNING DESIRE for their translation into riches, or other material objects" after this revelation no one could deny the importance of thoughts. As being a manager you are on the one hand responsible for your self while on the other hand to the act of others too, therefore trying to understand the the goals and objectives of your organization an then start working sincerely.
